Even the most un-curable case of ‘fashionistaness’, can’t & shouldn’t ignore what is happening around her/him. Being eco friendly is not just fashionable, but is a necessity. We can’t keep on discussing and buying fashion without thinking of the consequences for the planet and how those will affect future generations. It is about time this Blog had a category focusing just on Eco Fashion.

The good news in the eco fashion segment is that more and more labels are becoming greener, eco-conscious at least. We can all afford to buy organic, vegan, ethical traded, or sustainable pieces that are as beautiful and trendy as any others on the high street. They are also more durable and unique which means we can keep them for several seasons.

The former, brings new talent and wonderful designers from all over the world and manages to shake off any leftover notions that eco fashion resembles a ‘sackcloth’ as they put it. If wonderful basics is what your heart desires try the latter.

Ooh! How I love spring. The flowers are in bloom, the sun feels warm and pleasant, and one can start enjoying outdoor coffee shops, which is one of my favorite pastimes after shopping of course.
